📢 New Tax Allowance Limits for Retirees in 2025! 📢

Great news for many retirees! 🎉 The Finance Law published in February has increased the income tax allowance thresholds by 1.8%.

✅ Who is eligible?
👉 Individuals over 65 years old, subject to income conditions:
🔹 €1,398 allowance if the total net income is below €28,170.
🔹 €2,796 allowance if the total net income is below €17,510.
🔹 These amounts are doubled if both partners in a couple meet the age requirement.

⚠ Important: The income threshold applies per household. For example, a couple with a total net income of €27,000 will receive a total tax allowance of €2,796. However, if their income exceeds €28,170, they will not qualify for any allowance.

💡 A valuable tax benefit that also applies to holders of a military disability or work accident pension with a disability rate of at least 40%.
